KristinaBreece
Pill- oh Saying Pell-o is a punishable offense. Thank you. It just drives me BATTY. And this is one of my DC's grandparents. They sleep over there often, and I actually worry that my kids will pick up the pell-o pronunciation. What a silly thing to worry about, right? Of course, my kids pick up strange pronunciations for a lot of words. They both say the word "bag" as buy-ag. Two quick syllables, almost southern-sounding, but not quite. Farrar
People say PELL-oh? Good grief. That's nearly as bad as my son who I can't seem to get to stop calling the first meal of the day BRACK-fest.

Carpe
I say Pill-oh, melk and brek-fest (which is one step closer than brack-fest, I suppose) I do not know a single person IRL that pronounces pillow or milk differently. So it must be regional.
