momtolgd
This is for History of US and the other is Story of US, right? I think they are different. Pretty sure. This is titled America: The Story of us and is a 12 hour series that will air on the History channel beginning the end of April. It is available for pre-order to buy on the website for $39.95, but it is a free offer for schools and homeschools. It is not the same as any other curriculum or book of a similar title. Glad others are as happy as I am about getting this for free!!

hsmamainva
This is for History of US and the other is Story of US, right? I think they are different. Pretty sure. Yes! There is a DVD series for the History of US books by Joy Hakim, which is produced by PBS. http://www.pbs.org/wnet/historyofus/index.html I mistakenly thought it was the same series! :blushing: But I'm still thrilled that I ordered it! :D
fivetails
Just don't be surprised if they suddenly close down the offer and send out "sorry, overwhelmed" emails ~ I've seen this happen over & over with "freebies" online.

Jennifer in MI
I haven't either. But, when I signed up for it, I remember thinking that it might be August before I saw it.

Yes, I remember something about August, too. I'm thinking to coincide with the new school year.
