Here is the plan.

Math: R&S 4

English: LLATL Yellow and R&S 3

Spelling: Simply Spelling

Reading: Books she and I choose. I don't do comprehension questions. I just ask her periodically tell me about the book or have her read it aloud.

Geography: Galloping the Globe

Science: Various topics picked by the kids along with Considering God's Creation.

History: SOTW 1 (used along with 1st grade bother)

Music: We have a recorder book I think I'll start with. I'm hoping get into piano lessons by the end of the year.

Art: Meet the masters free online and Free K-6 art lessons online http://www.getinvolvedineducation.com/pdfs/For-Program-Managers/Meet-the-Masters-Program-Manual.pdf

http://www.geocities.com/theartkids/artlessons.html

Handwriting: Cursive, though I'm not sure which program.

Spanish: We do this mainly at meals and when my kids ask me questions about spanish. I have a BA in spanish but want to teach it very informally for a few years.

I feel like I'm missing something. We do bible readings from the bible and bible story books but no formal curriculum. We are also doing sewing but it isn't formal either.
