It was historical fiction, I think it was technically Christian fiction. Set in like Texas or somewhere else south. Sometime in the 1800's.

I remember it was about a girl named Charlie (i think), she somehow prevented an accidental bank robber from being hanged who also happened to be a good horse shoer and they all lived happily ever after. I didn't even like the book but not knowing what its called is, for some reason, making me nuts!

Has anyone else noticed the shipping speed has gone down dramatically? I cancelled numerous orders after they just sat there 'preparing to ship' for weeks. I finally gave in and got prime and my stuff is shipping almost immediately now... Funny how that works :glare:

I would say the best 'bang for your buck' helmet brand is Ovation. I worked in a tack shop for some years and had to send back an awful lot of broken troxels to the company, whether it be the harness breaking, the dial fit snapping, or the helmet simply just falling apart.

I don't know if other people have had this happen as well, but I have found Pages (mac version of MS Word) to be more compatible with actual MS Word than the "MS Word for Mac" program :confused: Another vote for a macbook!

Sliced up green apples on a paper plate under the seat, changed every other day or so if the smell returns. The dealership my mom bought her car from years ago told her that as the car she bought smelled terribly like smoke and it sure did work. :001_smile:

I use pelleted horse bedding. Forty pounds of it costs roughly $5, it lasts me twice as long as the tidy cats stuff I was previously using, and doesn't smell at all. I have one cat that refuses to bury her treasures in there :glare:, and I really don't notice the stench anymore. I have 3 cats and 2 litter boxes and also have a roughly 1500 sq house.

I agree with Journey, I've yet to see it actually work.

My closest local walmart has a huge fabric and sewing section. The super walmart in the next town over doesn't even have sewing scissors. I dont get it :confused:

Of all the reptiles I had growing up, the water dragons were probably the cleanest, smelled the least, was the friendliest, and never bothered trying to escape. And they never did get nearly as big as was claimed, GodzillaDragon will not be taking over your house any time soon :lol:

Is there anything going on in the background between them you aren't aware of? My younger brother was physically, emotionally and psycologically abusive towards me for nearly 20 years. He was my mothers favorite, and never acted out while she was around. I was 19 before she finally believed me :glare:.
