I don't know if I agree with this. It is based on the assumption that people can't reason for themselves. Of course based on this:

I'm glad I had no clue about Rand or Objectivism before reading The Fountainhead. I confess her ideas seduced me somewhat, but on my own I had to reconcile what she was saying with my faith. If I wasn't a Christian, I would say that her philosophy makes sense to me. (Does that make me an evil person? :lol:)
When I did reconcile it with my faith, however, I became convinced of Mrs. Mungo's first line.
Oh ... and, her writing is super annoying. It's very, very, very long winded and she repeats herself a gazillion times.
That said, if you had to pick between Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead, I'd go with The Fountainhead.
