Thanks for the info! Are you aware of any online sources for an idea of future job potential? Youngest is heading into a science field but greatly enjoys writing and was wondering how to combine the two and if she'll be able to feed herself when she graduates:001_smile:.
My dds took a gap year so I can check that one off. I love gobsmacked and I live in the land of roundabouts. I've heard of the others but don't actually hear them in everyday use here.
Might want to also check out the Nirvana of Breyer horse collectors-Breyerfest at Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky. It's an amazing world of little girls and serious collectors from all over the world. DDS and I have a lot of great memories from attending!
Anyone know the name of the song about getting the married and says "save your mom the trouble, save your dad a bundle". Can't think of any of the other lines and it's driving me crazy!!!!!!
I have a part time clerk position at the library but have really cut my hours back in the last few months. Last night DH ask why I didn't just go ahead and quit and search around for something more satisfying. I realized that it was because I love when hs families come in and I can ask the kiddos how their days are going and offer support to the moms. The kids know there's someone there who thinks hs is cool. Mom knows there's someone who understands that some days you just call it a day and go to the library at 10:00. I realized that I wished there had been someone like that when I took dds to the library when they were little!
I wondered how to rice it, too. Will def try grating it raw. DD is home from college this weekend and am looking for new recipes for her. Being GF in the dorm has been really tough for her! Will let you know how it turns out.
Has anyone tried this or the pizza recipe referenced?

:grouphug::grouphug: Oh, Sweetie, I'm so sorry you're having such a rough time!! I hope you'll find some answers at your OB appointment this afternoon. You're in my prayers:grouphug::grouphug:
:iagree: Stay strong! Your first priority is to your family and homeschooling. I don't see how your family wouldn't fall apart after continuing this schedule for very long. While it's fun to hang out in Daddy's office in the beginning that won't last long for the kiddos and the coworkers.
I sooooo understand your feelings. With both dds in college now, I'm so grateful for all the years we had homeschooling. It was truly a blessing for our family!
