  9. Help! I'm not doing this program per se but I have gone two full weeks with no sugar or grains (mostly just to see if I could do it) and have lost absolutely NO weight. I thought I'd at least lose a few pounds based on my research but no. I am middle aged, I exercise regularly and am proud of myself for cutting the sugar BUT to not even lose a pound is depressing. Any advice?

  12. I am not pretending anything...disagree all you want...they are harvesting brains and other organs...not masses of cells.
