  1. I'm not sure about Australia specifically. But most counties allow car seats from your home country when visiting. If you were moving there you'd need to purchase seats made to their standards, but shouldn't need to for a visit. PM me if you need specifics. I'd take a couple Bubble Bums in your luggage for your boosters.
  2. Do they make a non-KJV Bible for Kindle that can be easily searched? I'd like to type in something like John 1 and have it go there. I have three Bibles on there now and they all require going to the TOC, then the book, then the chapter, etc. It takes for.ever! (Ok, probably not really, but longer than I like.) I have a basic Kindle Keyboard, so no apps. Ideas? I'm open to just about any non-KJV at this point. (Nothing against KJV. I just prefer more modern English.) Thanks!!
  3. Ours can have them when they can afford it. If under 18, no internet access. (Internet is only allowed with filters.)
  4. I've used several natural progesterone creams. They've all worked well for me and I greatly appreciate the natural option. Good info here and here. I haven't used their specific creams, just similar ones. The info is good tho.
  5. Our boys rarely ask and when they do it's usually for their birthdays or they'll say something like "the next time we have extra money could I have...".
  6. I charge $125 week for full time, they supply food (breastmilk, formula, babyfood or special food), diapers and wipes. High needs babies/children can be an additional $25-50 week with a two week notice. Keep receipts for everything! Cleaning products, sanitizer, toys, etc.
  7. Pork roast, roasted potatoes and baked broccoli. I wish I'd made bread, but I napped instead, lol. eta: http://www.amateurgourmet.com/2008/11/the_best_brocco.html
  8. Removing the head restraint in front of her is fine. Just make sure it's in a safe place. You don't want it to become a projectile or get lost. Be certain to replace it when you get back. For motion sickness Mercola recommends: Re: needing a booster, most 9.5 y/os still need a booster. Thanks for keeping her properly buckled. :)
  9. Ds listens on his MP3 player, my Kindle and my Nook. We burn to CD for the car since our CD player doesn't have a jack for his MP3 player. I get a few from the library, but most are from booksshouldbefree.com or freebies from audible.com.
  10. Clean his nose out, vapor rub on chest, back and soles of feet. FYI, babies shouldn't sleep in the car seat w/out supervision.
