I really want to go see The Hero with Sam Elliot but it's still not playing very close to me. Has anyone seen it.

She seems fine. I think it's all rather unreal for her. She wasn't going into work today already, so she'll be a bit removed from whatever happens on campus I'm also glad that local police are handling it.

At our old house we would lose power about 1x per year...sometimes 2. We never lost it more than a full 24hrs, IIRC. We were also on well/septic and had a pool. That made flushing toilets easier. There were other parts of my county that would lose power at the same time and they would be off for much longer. They were on city water. I was told that our local electric co gave areas/neighborhoods with well/septic priority over those with city/local water. Perhaps that is the same with you. We lived there for almost 20yrs and never got around to buying a generator. We now live within our city limits and get local water. We've never lost power for more than a few minutes in the 5.5yrs we've been here.

Granted, I don't have very many people on my friends list at FB, but they vary widely concerning politics & religion . I've never been called to task for "liking" something. I don't know about the first part of your post as I haven't ever looked into what the early church Fathers/documents say about it. But to the 2nd, I highly doubt that is the case. She was indeed considered a very reliable first hand witness to Christ's life. This is why the Gospel of Luke has some details about His birth... because Luke spoke with her. Because she was believed to be the Mother of God she was highly revered by the Church.
