    We continue to limit computer time for our teens. They keep up with other activities with the computer off.

    For me it was always the worst when the kids were young. It gets better but I always miss having a little one. I'm promoting early marriage for my children. I told ds if he waits until he's 40 I'll be 80 and not looking so young. :)

    I'm no help. I'd go to the zoo and manage the other stuff somehow. That also explains the basic decor of my house. :D

    This sounds complicated. I do know that when one is tired and not well they don't care about friends. I would concentrate on her health. Does her insomnia have anything to do with anxiety or depression? Just a few thoughts. Prayers for all of you.

    My dd found some men's socks to her liking when she was a baby in a carriage. She grabbed them and I never noticed until we walked across Manhattan and I took her out of the carriage. What a pain!

    There is a lot to be learned by watching others make speeches. It helps with our own public speaking.

    Your pregnancy is going by quickly, for me. :D Can't wait to see the baby picture. You look beautiful.

    I was a nurse at one. In the elementary grades I noticed that there was a big focus on writing and they also started foreign language early. These are things we also do at home but aren't always done in public school.

    You are in my thoughts and prayers. I had an embolism this year. I'm glad you are getting things checked out.

    We also have parents with children on field trips. To find a form ask church groups or summer camps for a copy of their forms. I would not give any medication to a child unless it was most necessary and authorized by a doctor.

    Sorry, maybe your children aren't that advanced. (That's the high school book.) How about the Story of the World?

    We used SWB History of the Ancient World and the activity book. It comes with plenty of book lists, maps, coloring pages and projects.

    Are you able to find any of your read aloud books on cd at the library? You could just listen while you had lunch and a break.

    A neighbor was just asking advice about a square wedding cake. I can't wait to show her your picture. Beautiful!

    You will be reassured after you get the test results of a standardized test at the end of the year. He'll do very well. You could keep the basic standards of the 3 Rs but which history or science he learns which year won't matter.
