My dh is like this. I can see where it came from in his family Both parents grew up poor, especially his mother. I think dh had this drilled into him from a very young age. They all seem to think it shows some kind of weakness to be otherwise. How do I cope? I whine and complain whenever the heck I feel like it and expect him to sit and listen. He doesn't have to say anything. Just listen. ;) He's learned how to do that over the decades. :001_rolleyes:
