AnnE-girl
Ds9 is supposed to go to orchestra at 7:30 tomorrow morning. We're attempting to send him to bed now. Dd7 fell asleep in front of the tv about an hour ago. I can't believe they're delaying.
meena
My kids just asked if they could stay up to try to watch the end. We don't have anything on the calendar tomorrow morning, so why not? I'm hoping I don't regret that choice later!
EmilyGF
Following the twitter feed. I should be in bed... DS11 is keeping score in the score book. He's one of a kind. Emily

Moonhawk
I'm an Indians fan. I turned off the TV in the 4th inning. But I keep refreshing my browser for updates on the game. I can't handle this.

I have a feeling he will be going back tomorrow, lol, for a broken heart. Edited November 3, 2016 by Moonhawk

mamiof5
Great series, great game. Happy for Chicago, because ds was rooting for them. Not a sport fan here. We must have some cubs fans around here...we usually don't hear fireworks in November 😊 Kids are heading to bed 🙌🙌🙌. Farrar
Woohoo! Take that goat curses! That was like a Murphy's Law game. Everything that could happen did. Combo error/stolen base, rain delay, playing in the rain, home runs, errors galore really, people knocked over, people walked, extra innings... the whole shebang. No grand slams, but really, that was just everything baseball can be when stuff happens.
SKL
Great game! Hey, someone had to lose. :P While I was rooting for Cleveland, I would have been happy for either city because both were dying for this. [i still think Cleveland would have won if that rain delay hadn't stopped their momentum. :P]

Barb_
It really was incredible. Baseball is usually like watching grass grow. Meditative. Dulling. But this was a game befitting its historical significance. The kids and I are back in Phoenix but dh is in Chicago (Evanston). He said the city set off the tornado sirens to make sure everyone was up lol
