*anj*
What an interesting concept! I don't agree with all of their umm...bells and whistles...but I think that the idea is very intriguing. ;)
milovany
I was *amazed*. Our record is six days and *that* was exhausting. :) ETA: I read the article a few days ago, so assumed I knew to what you were referring. Then I realized I better check to make sure!!! Diannab
I don't agree with all their 'tools' ;) either, but I believe an active sex life is good for a marriage (when it is between the partners, lol no one else.) It is hard to word what I am saying, but then again I am one of the oddballs that believes connecting sexually can bring you to newer heights in a relationship and closer than ever with your partner. :D There was a time where dh and I had to go over a year without sexual intercourse due to severe medical conditions on my part. We make sure to make up for that all the time! :o! LOL
Mom to Aly
The picture was a turn off to me--especially him in a bathrobe, I assume, anyway, and his hair messy? Ugh!

Eleni
All I can think is that if their kids ever read the book.... Can you imagine if your parents did that and then wrote about it???:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: And then a movie? LOL!
8filltheheart
LOL......my first thought was, jimminie.....I'd be pregnant long before that and ready to puke the rest of the time.......not a good NFP approach.:D ETA: my dh asked me what I was laughing about and I told him about the thread. He said that he thinks it is a great idea. (of course he hasn't thought about #8 to put through college!....he just read that over my shoulder and said I always have to give the rational thought. He'd rather think in the short term!! LOL!!!)

camibami
:001_huh: How the heck did that poor woman reach 41 without ever... Nevermind. Their poor kids- they even named them in the interview! Bet thats fun at school. Cool idea- not so cool to broadcast it on the interwebs.

dangermom
I'm jealous. Two days in a row will get me a UTI every time. :(
8filltheheart
Doesn't anybody think, ewww? Come on, surely somebody thinks that? Honestly, I clicked the link and didn't read beyond the first couple of sentences b/c I knew immediately they were living in a completely different reality than mine. If it got crude......disregard my other post......I was simply struck by the fact that our life is so incredibly different in perspective. 6packofun
I think it's fabulous! I really believe that there is something to *planning* to be intimate on a regular basis (whether it's a certain day of the week that is sacred or a, well, marathon lol) and rather than inhibiting spontaneity, it increases creativity, desire...and anticipation really ROCKS. LOL ;)
Nicole M
:001_huh:How the heck did that poor woman reach 41 without ever... Nevermind. To be blunt and crude, I have to say that that was the only part I found un(-effing-)believable.
Nestof3
I agree with healthy sex life being a crucial part of a marriage -- if it's possible, that is. But, I think it was unfortunate that they started seeking outside sources to spice things up so that they even desired to have sex that regularly. I just have no need to force myself to be in the mood to that extent. As long as my husband and I are happy with how often it's happening -- that's all that matters. And quite frankly, I don't want to world to know quite that much about us. LOL
RebeccaS
Oh my! Like others, I can't imagine putting that out there for the world to read about. I also can't imagine going 101 days solid. I mean...um...things get kinda messy every 30 days or so. Ick. Double ick. :ack2::blushing::leaving:

Michelle T
They're a married couple, if they want to do it every night, I think that's awesome. I personally would be incredibly embarrassed by porn, but again, they are a married couple, and if it floats their boat, whatever. I'd be worried about being really sore doing it that much, and I wouldn't want to tell all my friends/family, but hey, I'd sure like to "up" our count! Plus, it's Wednesday! Business time! 6packofun
Oh, ohhhh, I do *not* think that some of their "methods?" were fabulous, though! LOL Don't want to give blanket approval on the whole experiment. ;)
*anj*
No. No,no,no,no. And I like sex. But NO. It's very funny to look at your avatar and read those words at the same time. It makes it seem like she's saying "No. No, no, no...." (It doesn't look like she's saying the sex part though, I hope you know what I mean.)
