ILiveInFlipFlops Posted January 10, 2014 Share Posted January 10, 2014 DD8 is really enjoying the early Boxcar Children books, and she told me she really loves books like that, where the kids are on their own or have a lot of freedom, out in nature, having adventures, etc. I don't think it matter whether the characters are boys or girls, since she also just finished reading the first of the Soup books and really enjoyed it. Can anyone suggest similar books for her? I don't mind her continuing on with the Boxcar Children, but I'd like to give her some other options as well. Thanks! Similar to Boxcar Children, I believe. BTW, I just read they are making a Boxcar Children movie! Or they've made it and it's going to be in theaters in April 2014!
