(Previous thread) I did Day 2 of sit ups and it was fine. The rest of you made me feel guilty so I did the initial test for push-ups yesterday (13). So he did his original tests and we will both be starting on week 3. We will be doing sit-ups, & push ups. I will do the squats and dips too. He will do pull-ups at work. I was pretty sore this morning but managed to get out for a run and once I got going felt really good. Dh was watching me crunch away last night and is thinking about getting in, too, which he NEVER does. Pushups today. I'm not trying more than two things.
