200 Sit-Ups challenge **Wednesday, Week One**

It seems Moxie hasn't been around today, so I hope it's ok for me to start the thread. Tell us how you're doing here!

I did Day 2 of sit ups and it was fine. The rest of you made me feel guilty so I did the initial test for push-ups yesterday (13). So I'll be doing sit-ups and push-ups alternating days.

I was late to the party but I did my sit ups last night. I was pretty sore this morning but managed to get out for a run and once I got going felt really good. Dh was watching me crunch away last night and is thinking about getting in, too, which he NEVER does.

 

Pushups today. I'm not trying more than two things. One extra thing a day is about all I have time for!
