Several years ago, my Mom had a harrowing illness that landed her in the ICU for 3 weeks, another 5 in the hospital, and 3 1\2 more in rehab. She was a bit fearful about leaving the support and monitoring of rehab when it was time to go home-I remember this well. And she had always been extremely independent and self-sufficient. She quickly adjusted and continued to make a lot of progress after coming home. All this to say I understand any fears your Dad may have and I sincerely hope he continues to make progress at home. Now I just gotta get me, Moose, and Zee over our colds, and we can go see him..... at HOME! I'm just gonna mention here that he had his heart attack on August 20.
