One was in common questions, but you had to open the links. I think it was in the Getting started section. There were two? in the product section, but you had to go to the second page and scroll. Someone posted on facebook using all lower case letters. That worked for me! Someone else also said closing the web page and reopening worked for them. So that may be something to try too.
