tabrizia Posted June 16, 2012 Share Posted June 16, 2012 I figured I would update here, since the Terrible News thread reminded me. Desmond is doing amazing. He is at the rehab hospital now, he is down to Physical Therapy 3 times a week, and they have to slow him down to make sure he isn't running and jumping. He has Occupational Therapy 5 times a week now and has speech 4 times a week, but 2 of those are group classes. He is going to be coming home this week. Possibly as early as Tuesday! He is still going to have therapy throughout the summer, but he is doing great, and he will likely have PT once a week, and OT and Speech twice a week once we move to outpatient care.
