beaners
I'm adding a little coupon book for my husband to his gifts, and I'm running out of ideas. I'm drawing a bit of a blank here. Letting him sleep in and massages (or their results) are as far as I've gotten. Help!!!
Maria from IN
His favorite dinner? Watching his favorite action movie on movie night? ...seems I'm drawing a blank, too.:001_smile:

elegantlion
food, massage, good nights rest. What about turn down service for one evening? Chocolates on the pillow type stuff. A get out of an argument card. A card that says "yes, dear, you are right. I am sorry." You could each have one, the other must shut up about it when they are presented with the car. Wash the car King for a day? Breakfast in bed and presented with a crown (does Burger King still have crowns?) One that says I will not fight you for the remote.

Xuzi
Gotta second the recommendation for various types of TeA. It's the one thing that's consistently on DH's Christmas wishlist. :p
PentecostalMom
TeA. Lots of different varieties. Earl Grey. Jasmine. Green. White. Black. Oolong. Herbal. Etc. :tongue_smilie: ROFLOL!:lol: Thanks for the laugh. We are still trying to figure out how to schedule teA since the birth of the newest little one. BTW, I really did LLOL (literally laugh out loud). Both ds and dh looked at me like I was crazy since they are so intently discussing sports and I am on the computer across the room by myself.

beaners
I see a consensus emerging. Thanks for the ideas! I finished up just in time because he should be home soon. I thought about actually writing tea on one of the cards, but I don't think he would have understood. I was also just vague enough that snooping children won't suspect anything if they read them. ;) I think he will like getting to hear that he is right too, since those words rarely leave my mouth. TheTwinsMom1
I made something similar. I added: Favorite Dinner meal of his choice 2 hours home alone to play computer His pick for movie night 1 date night with Me, to the movies 1 date night with Me, to the Book store. :)

serendipitous journey
.... this is a marvelous thread! I accidentally had DHs gift (a bunch of CDs) shipped to my best friend's three-year-old across the country, and at the last minute naturally, so there's nothing under the tree from me ... but I suppose we can guarantee a happy hubby regardless ;) thanks! black_midori
Wow - I am so out of it - I actually thought "hey, tea [notice - no uppercase!] is a good idea - dh loves earl gray and oolong types!!" and "why do they write it like that? teA?"... :D Some how, though, I couldn't misconstrue "rhymes with slowjob"!! rofl

Myeightkiddies
Is there a sport that he likes? You could make a sports day. He gets to watch the sport, and you'll provide sandwiches and snacks - lots of his favorites.

Bassoonaroo
S*x, a quiet day to himself. My dh doesn't care too much for the "quiet day to himself" so I'd leave that part off if your dh is like my dh.
Xuzi
My DH was actually rather disappointed this morning that I didn't have any coupons for him in his stocking. :p I told him there's still Boxing Day, so I need to think of things quick.

I told him that I don't care if the laundry room is our only option-it's happenin', anyway! ;) When my mother was staying with us for a while...our "code" for a quick get-away was to go downstairs and "do the laundry" but dh got so carried away with it my mom thought he was really nagging me about the laundry :lol::lol:
Rebecca VA
My 14-year-old gave her dad a coupon offering to update his Facebook page. It doesn't have a photograph on it or any identifying information. Boring! But my husband wants it that way! He doesn't want the people he works with to know what his fave movies and books are, where he lives, and what his most inspiring quotes are. So hubby and daughter are going to have to work out a way to "update" the page without giving away too much personal info.
