PinkInTheBlue
You just can't possibly imagine how amazing this is. It's tiny flurries but you have to understand that early December is likely to still feel like just a cool fall to the rest of the population. :) High of something like 47 today. That's nuts! :) The boys are loving looking at it though. (so am I ;) )
SailorMom
Panhandle of Florida here - I can relate :D Very cool! I hope we get to see some!
stephanier.1765
Can you shoo some of them to north east Florida? Pretty please?
MotherGoose
And to SC? We ought to get something for suffering through 15 degrees in December!
jenn-
We might get snow flurries!!! If I have to freeze my behind off, I want some snow. I hope they are big enough my kids can see them, but not so big the city freaks out and shuts down.
Ibbygirl
I want so much to see some too. But I'm in South Florida so it's not likely to happen. :(
skirch
We're having some too here in east central Mississippi!
Princess Peach
No fair!! We have no snow and it's just not right!! We're in New England for crying out loud! :glare:
Heather in AL
No fair!! I'm in north Alabama close-ish to Tenn and we have nada. :glare: It's odd to think if I was 2 hours farther south I'd be seeing them (the radar shows flurries from B'ham south). Enjoy them! I know how fun they are. :D
~Tara~
I heard about this earlier...though we're just south of B'ham and I haven't noticed any. Though, I'll admit, I'm not looking intently and certainly not going outside to investigate. Anyway, this morning I joked the flurries were hallucinations. Strange things happen when hypothermia begins to set in...which happens around 40* to folks in these parts :p This transplant will not fight you for the snow though. I didn't like it when I lived in IL or KY. I don't like it living in AL. :tongue_smilie:
alpidarkomama
Coastal Georgia reporting in here. :) No flurries in sight, and none likely. We were hoping! I can't believe how cold it's gotten at night, though. 20 last night. We've been here a year and LOVE the weather! :)
fairfarmhand
we've had flurries several days in a row here! It IS SO COLD. We've never in my recollection been so cold so early. 2 years ago I clipped the last rose off my bush on my dd's birthday December 1 !!!! Lolly
When is it going to turn to ice?:D Just couldn't resist. The southern ice storms are beautiful though, don't you think?

Retired
I lived in Mobile for a decade and my kids would of been excited over flurries. We are now a hour east of Birmingham and it's cold but no flurries.
