Halftime Hope
OK, I'll admit it, I don't have enough bandwidth to keep everyone sorted out this year! :) It was so much fun *for me* having a "Class" to share the experience--and give us timely suggestions!--last year, as we wrangled dd through her college choice journey. I'd really enjoy cheering everyone on this year. So...anyone want to start? (and only listing their gender is fine; a little privacy is good. :) )

Liza Q
Daughter Sarah. We had narrowed schools down so far that she only has two on her list - and one is a stretch and the other a safety, I guess. Recently we found that the safety school has increased their math requirements. She is retaking the SAT in a few days but....we are very discouraged! Brilliant
I have a daughter - S. She's submitted one application, to her top choice, under their early action deadline. She's working on the app to her second choice and then we're done. :)
distancia
One DD, Lexi. Has applied to and been accepted at three moderate colleges, one safety (her second favorite), and she tells me that she will finishing up her app to the reach, her favorite, this weekend. I'll believe it when I see it.
1bassoon
First grad here - dd, K. 3 Apps down, 1 to go. She's gotten 3 acceptances so far. Looking to major in dance or entrepreneurship. . . . . . I can't BELIEVE I'm here. Wasn't she just a Kindergartener? Wasn't I just reading the RR catalog and sending in a paper order form to Sonlight for Core K???? Waxing nostalgic. . . . .
MicheleinMN
Dd here. No applications done yet, but should have most all of them completed this week.
Grace is Sufficient
First grad here - dd, K. ... I can't BELIEVE I'm here. Wasn't she just a Kindergartener? Wasn't I just reading the RR catalog and sending in a paper order form to Sonlight for Core K???? Waxing nostalgic. . . . . I know what you mean. For me, the combination of having homeschooled my children from Kindergarten all the way through, combined with him being my oldest and first to graduate... WoW! (sniff, sniff!)
