Snickerdoodle
There is a decapitated playmobil man in my fridge and he appears to be wrapped in many layers of saran wrap. He is lying next to the butter.

JudoMom
That is funny! Thanks for the laugh. I'd be tempted to replace the man with a fully intact one breaking out of the saran wrap. Maybe place some crumbs on his mouth, or make it look like he's getting into a food container.
Caroline
Play CSI and hope Gary Sinese shows up?
Sahamamama
Well, since he's in the refrigerator, it's not as though the body will decompose. I'd leave him there until morning, then begin your investigation.
Mrs Mungo
Let the butter soften, squish him into the stick of butter, re-form it around him and put it back in the fridge. The kids can discover him as they use the butter.

tofuscramble
My sources tell me it's an experiment in cryogenics. My kids do this. They have frozen all kinds of things and its ALWAYS "an experiment". :glare:

1bassoon
You should tell your kids they made a semi-bummed mama laugh tonight - :D Thanks! Now to take NyQuil and off to bed. . . . .
nmoira
I'd make a bier for him (on a pyre if you're adventurous), and leave it in the center of the breakfast table. Without comment. :tongue_smilie:
Snickerdoodle
I should have been tipped off today when the little one :huh:asked if the sewing machine was a microtome. I'd make a bier for him (on a pyre if you're adventurous), and leave it in the center of the breakfast table. Without comment. You gals are good. I'm going to remember these... :D

Desert Rat
Funny one, Snickerdoodle! I love it! I've found all kinds of strange things in my fridge. I make a game out of it. I'd put said saran wrapped playmobil dude in the soap dish in the kids bathroom....or in the shower.....or if you know the suspect, the underwear drawer. I have a Merry Prankster in my house. We have fun......when we're not trying to hunt down a ringing phone......
OrganicAnn
Can you pop the head into an ice cube tray fill with water and freeze. Then take it out and put it in a bowl next to body in the frig and let the kids know that the head seems to be defrosting. Is that too much? Replace the head with a grape, olive, or cherry tomato?
