Jumping In Puddles Posted June 16, 2009 Share Posted June 16, 2009 (edited) In the toaster oven: Toast a piece of bread, then top with cottage cheese and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top and put in the toaster oven for a few minutes. I made this when I was on weight watchers 25 years ago. It sounds kind of gross now, but I loved it then! Ingredients: 8 oz. crushed pineapple 1 c. finely chopped chicken 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 c. cottage cheese 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 c. green onions 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped Mix, chill and serve.
