I tried to do a search to see if anyone posted about this story and I didn't find anything so I appologize in advance if this is a repeat. Does anyone remember the story about the accident which killed 5 Taylor University Students? Several weeks after the accident it was discovered that they had misidentified 2 girls. The families have written a book called Mistaken Identity and were on the Today Show talking about it. Tomorrow they are going to interview Whitney who was the girl misidentified. I really felt for both sets of parents and siblings as they went on their rollercoaster ride of grief.

Wow!!! I'm glad that he wasn't seriously hurt. I'd be afraid for my dh too. He is doing a great service to society by trying to help and influence the next generation.

I attended a high school reunion last year. It was fun to see people that I haven't seen since high school. Our reunion was a bit different in that I attended a small Christian school and the reunion included several graduating classes.

I had to say that I never considered such a thing but that is because we bought them small easter bunnies and they were gone before I had a chance to consider whether or not I wanted to have a bite. :)

I paid for my own college and we are paying for my dh to finish his education now. While we don't plan to pay for our sons college, because we don't have the funds at this point, I will do whatever I can to support and help them.

I found it interesting that both sides Whitmore and Ben are telling the same story about the staging of Flight 815. Personally, I think that Ben had more to do with it then Whitmore because he doesn't want people to find the island. I really don't understand the motive that Whitmore would have in staging a big cover-up. Plus how would Whitmore know that the flight crashed on the island and not into the sea.

I thought that it was interesting that Sayid "condemned" Michael for working for Ben and we already know that Sayid will be working for Ben in the future. It makes me feel that telling the Captain was not a good idea but I'm not sure why. I think that Ben arranged for Danielle and Karl to be shot. Did you see how he watched Karl put his arm around Alex? He did not seem pleased. Ben is very possesive of the women that he perceives to be his.

I thought that I'd update everyone on our snow total. I'm located near Gurnee but not in Gurnee and on the news they said that Gurnee had a total of 11 inches of snow. :eek: Yep, we really were dumped on. The official O'hare total was 4.8 inches which was a lot less then what we received up here.

Our Good Friday Service was cancelled!!! While I'm glad that I won't be expected to go out in this weather, I'm sad that I'll miss this part of Easter. :(

I allow sandles but not flip flops. So far it seems that I'm in the minority. Of course this is just around the block or in front of our house, if they go into the forest preserve or on a longer ride with dad then they need to wear socks and shoes.

My question is... Is it easy to keep your balance? With my luck, I'd need another pair to fit my two bottom cheeks as I'd spend most of my time there. ;)

I'm actually wondering if they will cancel Good Friday Services! :eek: My dh just got home and he thinks that it is about the worst he has seen all Winter.

My parents are in Tuscon. I know better then to call them. My dad loves to call me up with my weather report which he always listens to on the WGN Superstation. I'm actually kind-of surprised that he hasn't called to ask about the snow? :rolleyes:
