She sounds like my 6 yr old and she does have ADHD. Yes, it does manifest differently in different children. My son does not talk nearly as much as he has gotten older but without meds he will make weird sounds and movements. He is 11. My daughter has verbal diarrhea and she constantly moves and falls over herself. She all manifest with all the stuff your daughter does as well. I think my 6yr old is more severe case than my 11 yr old because she is a danger to herself without her meds. My 11 yr old can go without them he is doing something that does not require focus
