  1. Absolutely. When the time comes for us I would welcome it.
  2. We used the free notebook pages. Their are also free resources for those books on yahoogroups.
  3. I would have to say both. I wanted to get married and have children right away also. Turns out I went to college and the month after my graduation I got married. :)
  4. Dishes, feed the animals, take out the trash, clean the bathrooms, scoop poop, vacuum the floors, dust, roller tape the furniture (to remove any animal hair), wash the floors, carry laundry and distribute to rooms, - Oh my...I have a big list! I let the younger ones do what interests them most, which is they love the roller tape job, laundry distribution and feeding the animals. :) I can always find something for them to do;)
  5. I am just curious if anyone lets their children have TV, video games, phone, computer, etc in their bedrooms. My siblings let their kids and we are talking 6yrs and under! Then I hear it from my kids...LOL Editing to add: We do allow cd players for music and books on cd, in the bedrooms. I didn't count them in the poll as, around me and the people I know, it's a normal thing to have. I would feel lost without my music! :)
  6. I followed the schedule that came with it: Pages 9-12 of the Teachers Guide. I gave them the work for the week on Monday. We did not normally do the puzzles or extra challenges unless their was time or the kids wanted to.
  7. If so, where can I get some made or possibly make myself? I have yet to come up with the 'perfect' name. But I would like a few hooded sweatshirts with our school logo on them. Thanks!
  8. Do you need to keep them separated? If not I would buy just one ginormous crate. Aren't dogs great!
  9. Thanks for the link. Looks like they have new polls all the time.
  10. When you have children, who's in charge of them, government or parents? I don't believe the fact they were homeschooled has anything to do with her murdering them. They were in school up until March. Obviously this woman has problems.
  11. OK.... The only thing I can say is....I would never wear a scarf on a nice day with a t-shirt.
  12. Our only dress code is to be clothed in hopefully semi matching attire and clean. LOL Also, no shirts above the bellybutton when arms are raised, no pants low enough so when you bend over people see something else. We have no shirts with our school name on them, but that would be pretty cool.
