  1. It went through our house in May. Everyone had been vaccinated multiple times. None of us had it bad. The worst was just the fatigue and brain fog that lasted a few days. It took another week or so for full energy to return. We have since had the bivalent vaccine (and flu shots!).
  2. Mine is a GE top loader without an agitator and I love it! I hope it lasts a very long time.
  3. Thank you! Well, so many other stores have started "Black Friday" sales already, I guess Glossier wanted in on it too so they decided to make it a week?
  4. I love their mascara, the balm dot calm, brow boy, and the future dew. My teen really likes the hand lotion, but I find it too smelly.
  5. I get e-mails from them, but don't want to give them my cell for them to text me when the sale is. I have several items I am waiting to get until the sale starts. Does anyone happen to know when it will be? I am hoping it is this month.
  6. @Terabith This is very helpful thank you. It sounds like the perfect blanket for me for the exact reasons you love them.
  7. What is it about the Bearaby that makes it so special? I just went to their website and the blankets are beautiful. Is there a specific one that you like best? One thing that confused me was the cotton napper and "hand knitted" option (click at the top of the page), they looked like the same blanket to me. Thank you for helping me! I have never had a weighted blanket before but this thread has me intrigued and I wonder if it might help me sleep better.

    ...

As a huge fan of SC, I would love a picture of her costume (with her face covered if you are more comfortable)!
  9. @Corraleno I have a question about the cold brew that you linked. Is there a specific type of coffee required or can I just use my favorite ground coffee in it? I buy the coffee already ground so it is just plain old regular ground.
  10. @Corraleno I am so glad to "meet" someone else who shares my immense love for Ball jars! I use them for almost everything. Yours look so nice in your cabinet labeled so pretty.
  11. What are you using to label these? Both the label and the marker please!
  12. I REALLY want to hug and cuddle her! She is an absolute doll with the sweetest eyes and most adorable smile.
  13. Oh Jenny, I am heartbroken for you. My deepest sympathy on the loss of your sweet Tilda. Many many hugs.
  14. Low normal is still normal! 🤗
  15. Thank you for these links. My WBC is currently low and I have to have it repeated tomorrow at my oncologist's office. I am so scared I can't sleep and keep crying. I have wondered if my diet played a role. I don't know (but suspect) what will happen if it is still low tomorrow. It used to be in normal range but fell out of normal in March and has remained low (actually dropped even more).
  16. This is timely. We just had tomato soup (Hungry Harvest brand and in a jar) and vegan cheese quesadillas for lunch today. It was a delicious and filling lunch. In fact, it was so good we are planning to have the same thing tomorrow for lunch.
  17. I am continuing to pray. Thank you for the update.
  18. I would love to know how you accomplished this if you don't mind sharing.
  19. This makes me profoundly sad. Greta's posts were always among my favorites. Her kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. My deepest condolences to her family and friends who are grieving and hurting so deeply.
  20. I would definitely go ahead and have it done. 65 seems very old to be just getting started with them.
  21. I'm praying for her, you, and your entire family. Many hugs.
  22. I love this. What great kids and great mom for driving them. Thank you for sharing.
  23. Me too! I always think things through and do what I can because I never want to look back and thing "if only". I will keep up all of the precautions we have been taking (sanitizer, wipes, masks, etc) and know I am doing all that I can to keep us safe. For some reason my WBC and ANC have dropped so low that I am neutropenic. All of my other labs are normal and I am not sure what happens now. My oncologist is drawing labs Friday (hx of breast cancer so I have an oncologist). I am scared. But I am grateful that I have kept up all of these precautions because now that my immune system is struggling I am at higher risk of illness. Also, If anyone has any (preferably non scary) reasons my WBC could be super low, I would appreciate it.
