  1. Yesterday my husband was in charge. Not a lot of healthy eating. He made a breakfast casserole that I skipped, then we picked up pizzas for lunch, and made tacos for dinner (I only had 1). Today I fasted til 2. I then had 2 boiled eggs with Redmond salt, Brazil nuts, roasted red pepper hummus with crackers, and plain Greek yogurt topped with honey granola, shredded unsweetened coconut, cherries, blueberries, and strawberries. Dinner is a black bean quesadilla meal from Every Plate.
  2. Weekends are typically off days. Tonight I have PT. I am planning to bike before then.
  3. Hello July. It is vacation month but we haven't firmed up our plans yet. Nothing else to mention as far as $. You?
  4. Following the U's requirements but planning to DE to earn many of those credits for transfer. FL doesn't have much in the way of HS grad requirements at this time.
  5. Specifically Candlelight Processional. Wondering about the timelines and cost, but it's too early to start badgering the choir instructor about specifics.
  6. I had PT Monday and did arms when I got home. Yesterday I biked. Tonight I did a 15 minute Zumba session.
  7. Okay, my emailed invoice says they were 5.50 in 2021. They are now 8.50. They have 2 sizes and you can color them in. https://www.myhomeschoolprintables.net/shop/mini-timeline-figures-printable-pdf/
  8. There is also another blogger who made the figures and sells them for like 6-7$ per volume. We use hers. My son glues them into a book alongside written narration.
  9. @Alte Veste Academy I am sorry. I doubt anyone here considers you an over-involved moron. You are a rightfully concerned mother. It sounds incredibly frustrating, and I would consider finding another doctor/clinic/group if they can't answer all of your questions or order additional testing.
  10. I was wondering if someone else was going to point that out. 😆
  11. There are only 4 of us but we also kinda need 2 toilets. Every single time we leave the house together, we return to 2-3 of us needing one immediately.
  12. The house built near us has a narrow porch front and back. It has a 2 car garage. It was advertised as something like "2200 sf under roof". It is actually like 1420 sf of living space with AC plus porch and garage. A lot of people came and went before it sold.
  13. I am with Jean. It depends on who is the possible teacher. If they make X type, why not Y? Because it doesn't work well or for cost or just personal preference?
  14. Thanks for sharing. I have yet to meet personally someone who didn't have to take one or more FA or PA courses in order to get their degree.
  15. We are 4 in 1760 sf. It's a great size for us. We were house shopping last year and could have easily done 1500 if I didn't need a home office (not desk work, but textile work so more of a dedicated craft room). My apartment in college was 450 and enough for one. Our first place when married was just under 1000 and okay for two. I can't fathom a world where we would want 3-4000 sf or more.
  16. Wed I didn't work out. Yesterday was PT. Today I biked and did arms.
  17. Our rate in FL doubled last year. We have a 15 year old roof and were basically told we have a couple years to replace or we will be dropped.
  18. Most if not all machines are preset with standard parameters and can basically auto-fill reports. So even if you don't see a measurement, an abnormal measurement would prompt a system response of mildly dilated etc. If the Dr saw the number and the imaging, he could theoretically decide it is actually within normal range. In the absence of other symptoms, I would say that could be a likely scenario. What you are describing should prompt further investigation. Atrial flutter or fibrilation is serious, but tricky because he could have it a few times and just have the bad luck not to catch it on a 2 week monitor. Swelling of the face is also cause for concern. He definitely needs to stay off caffeine. Praying for you both and hope you get an answer soon.
  19. The irony of not needing fine arts courses to enter college but being required to spend thousands on them once there. I flip flop between necessity and niceness of fine arts. I went to a fine arts elem/middle and appreciate them. But I think they are largely unnecessary in the college sphere for many if not most majors. I guess my short line philosophy is that majors are for majors, and anything else is icing.
  20. I have experience in this area. I will say numbers are largely tech-dependent and being off 2mm (inside echogenic wall vs on edge) can push values from WNL to abnormal. Some techs are sloppy, some views are poor, etc. However, given his symptoms and the preponderance of cardiomyopathy in young men, I would further pursue the issue with another doctor. I would encourage him to eliminate caffeine in the meantime. Editing to add... Did he have normal BP? Did his holter monitor show anything at all?
  21. My meal plan AND my workout plan changed this week. Yesterday was only PT. Today I biked and later walked. IDK what I will do the rest of the week.
  22. We were on target with FD gifts. No overage. Squirreling away funds for summer trips. Going back to largely cash purchasing has helped A LOT.
  23. Ballet is officially out for the summer. I have biking and PT tonight, will likely stretch and do some barre work tomorrow as if I am in class. Then I feel like Zumba Wed is a good fit, PT again Thursday, and arms and a walk Fri.
