  1. I think the tiny skinny asparagus is so much better than the thick asparagus.
  2. You might try http://eshakti.com/Products/tops they can make things to your measurements.
  3. You can try downeastbasics.com, eshakti.com, shabbyapple.com. All should have fairly modest options.
  4. This: http://www.melskitchencafe.com/strawberry-cream-puff-cake/ So yummy!
  5. I'm loving blogilates right now. I'm doing the beginner calendar. Free! http://www.blogilates.com
  6. That is the right Bosch to get. If you wait till closer to Mother's Day there is usually a sale or deal that includes an attachment.
  7. Love my Bosch! Can easily make 4 loaves of bread.
  8. I'm not sure I'd use it on the kitchen cabinets. I have used it on a bedframe for my kids. I actually sealed it with poly because kids are rough on furniture. I'm just not sure I'd trust the wax on kitchen cabinets that are likely to have liquid spilled down the front at multiple times and get greasy/grimey. That's just me, maybe it is fine and would hold up great. I think if you don't want to sand then (the big plus of chalk paint) there are other primer paints you can just paint/spray on. I'm doing a bookshelf right now (it was unfinished though) and chose olympus one I think its called. It paints on just as nicely and no top coat needed!
  9. I like our lifetime swingset. Its heavy duty metal and I can swing on it. We are military and need to move frequently which is why we went with metal. Their bigger sets are way cool too!
  10. I use the costco shampoo and condition (sulfate free). I do one part shampoo to three parts conditioner, mix it together, and concentrate on my scalp. It seems to help. I read about that method on pinterest somewhere and it was supposed to be like wen products. Let it sit for a while then rinse.
  11. I thought you were trying to explain to a previous commenter named Derek what some show was about. So I googled Ricky Gervais and nursing home and found the name of the show is Derek! I'm slow today, didn't sleep much last night, but figured I could give someone else some giggles!
  12. I've tried many a whole wheat bread recipe, and that one is the best I have ever found!
  13. I bought this firm express dvd set recently (12 workouts for less than $25). http://www.amazon.com/The-Firm-Express-DVD-Kit/dp/B0056H4GHK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1393871013&sr=8-2&keywords=the+firm+express It is pretty good. There are some high intensity bursts (4 I think) in every workout. And, its not boring since there is a different video three times a week for a month!
  14. eshakti.com has customizable dresses in stylish options. It varies by dress but typically you can choose the sleeve length, dress length, neckline, etc. The first order, the customizing is free. They frequently have sales. I bought over President's day weekend for 35% off. I haven't received mine yet, but friends have been very happy with their orders.
  15. I love my jumpsport fitness trampoline and so do my kids. Its very quiet! I have this one: http://www.amazon.com/JumpSport-Fitness-Trampoline-Model-220/dp/B0030E6O30/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1393530821&sr=8-1&keywords=jumpsport+trampoline
  16. We are happy with our orthopedic extra firm mattress from original mattress factory. I highly suggest seeing if there is one near you. We bought a latex topper but have removed it and are just sleeping on the mattress. Our backs are happier. My husband does kind of wish we had gone with the luxury firm, fyi.
  17. Not sure if these would work, but we like them a lot, the cup of rice krispies totally makes the difference in these and other "energy ball" recipes I've made. http://www.melskitchencafe.com/2013/08/no-bake-healthy-granola-bites.html
  18. Can we see a before? I'd love to do this! I'm sure it depends on the area but how pricey are these treatments?
  19. Oh no! We love them too. Pretty sure I just bought some. Were they hiding them on the end? Happened to me one time with the strawberries.
  20. I have a Bosch too and love it (killed a kitchen aid kneading bread dough, an artisan). I like my Bosch for cakes and cookie dough too (some don't like the Bosch for those).
  21. Hmmm, the sky auction thing wouldn't help. The choices at the certificate redemtion place are worse than at afvclub (which is normal). Thanks. I may just go with something at afvclub.
  22. Ha, haven't updated my signature in a while! They are almost 5, 8, and 11 now! I like the two bedroom better but have pondered a 1, but I don't want the kids in the living room because I will be up later puttering in the kitchen. I could work it out though.
  23. I'm trying to book our final week at Disney before our passes expire. My usual afvclub.com doesn't have anything I'm really interested in, but thats the price range I'm looking at (less than $400 for a week for a 2 bedroom 2 bath very close to Disney). So, where do you all book your weeks? I need to travel before mid-April (and we live pretty close and homeschool so aren't terribly picky about when).
