  1. There is also shading (in the paragraph formatting box up top) that is different than highlighting.
  2. There is a button to clear formatting from a selection. Try that? You can always save out a document if you are afraid of messing something up.
  3. I've dealt with some weird formatting before but its kind of hard to figure out without having the document. Check and see if there is a word box in the table. I know we had someone put some weird highlighting somewhere before. let me look and see if I can remember what it was.
  4. eshakti.com, downeastbasics.com, modcloth.com
  5. I use this dough recipe (its quick and easy and I normally use at least whole wheat flour, it rolls out nicely without contracting back to an 8" diameter!): http://allrecipes.com/recipe/quick-and-easy-pizza-crust/ I cook it on a stone at about 450 (I use parchment under it to transfer to the stone). I use this sauce and quite like it: http://www.melskitchencafe.com/homemade-pizza-sauce/ I've also used the trader joes and muir glen pizza sauces.
  6. You can try Mr. Nussbaum's site. One of the games my kids play is here: http://mrnussbaum.com/where-play/
  7. I used to wear vivobarefoot (mostly Mary Janes) until I found soft star shoes. They are amazing and the pair I have had for a year (in pewter leather - shiny) still look perfect and I haven't worn the sole down. I have Mary Janes, the solstice sandal, and the ballerines. So worth the money!
  8. I had a problem with a fitbit flex (bought from best buy) and I had to contact fitbit. They tried to help me fix it but when they couldn't they just asked for proof of purchase and then they sent me a new one.
  9. RSO chemistry was much more fun than earth science. We will be doing it again next year and are excited!
  10. Like my shark too. Costco had one very reasonably with great returns (even a long time from now).
  11. Softstarshoes.com. I have Mary Janes, ballerines, and solstice sandals. My oldest pair look brand new(pewter leather). They are minimalist shoes made in the USA.
  12. We are almost at the end of the original 52 books that I got for free on ibooks from readingteacher.com. My son loves them! I always thought I would go get set three from and keep going. But the same characters do not continue and I think my son would be very disappointed! The ones from readingteacher.com keep Mit and Sam and the gang going (and we are used to the format of the books). We are also using the reading lesson book. At some point I think of going back to Ordinary Parents Guide but we will see. He seems to really enjoy learning new sounds and words with the story.
  13. As long as you get one that doesn't have built in cardboard somewhere they wash well. I love my mailbag! I've had kids spill milk on them several times and a quick wash (in the machine) on cold and air drying and they still look great!

  15. We've been using these (along with The Reading Lesson) for my 5 year old. I got the ibooks free as the http://www.readingteacher.com/version. These are the original versions till book 50 or something right (if not let me know, I could purchase the ones we need)? We are on Book 28 and I want to go ahead and buy the set we will need next (or go ahead and buy them all, my son really likes them!). Can someone point me in the direction to buy the original ones? I've read some info in prior threads and gotten a little confused. Do I need to buy used or can I buy new? Thanks!
  16. It takes me about a week after the ivs I've had during childbirth.
  17. I never set my stride length. But I know I do about 2000 steps per mile (and I only care about steps). How many steps did it register?
  18. I'm looking for something for my kids to do independently. Read a chapter or so a day and then read/do a little something from a workbook. Does something like this exist?
  19. This stuff is amazing (and only needs about 5 hours in my crockpot). Everyone who eats it loves it (even if they are iffy on quinoa). http://www.melskitchencafe.com/creamy-tex-mex-quinoa-dippers/
  20. I just bought a conair something from walmart with a diffuser that was around $30 (and it's orange in a black box). I like it. I've never used a diffuser before either and I'm amazed at the improvement in my wavy hair!
  21. I'm not sure if his stomach pain has ever lasted this long. We are on day three and it just seems to come and go. The spurts of pain don't seem to last too long. I'm about ready to take him in though I don't know what they would do.
  22. Oh, order one size smaller than your normal size. I used to wear a 10 and would order 8s, now I can wear 8s in other brands and order 6s in jag jeans. Dillards sells them too if you want to try on some.
  23. These: http://www.jagjeans.com/pull-on-pants Amazing! They won't work if you want to tuck something in, but otherwise, they are great! The fit is good and not grandma-ish. You can get deals at 6pm.com sometimes or on amazon.
  24. I've been pondering abdominal migraines actually. I began a food journal so we will see. I'd say he has the main offenders daily though. Thanks!
