Annie G
Diet Pepsi and a bowl of Munchies. Have you ever had those? It's a combo of pretzels, cheetos, doritos, and sun chips. It's like all these things fell onto a factory floor and at the end of the day they swept up the debris and packaged it. Lunch of champions.
Loowit
Tomato and mozzarella salad and chicken broth. It is all that sounds good right now. The kids are making their own lunch, whatever they come up with.

mmasc
omelette with tomatoes, leeks and cheese. steamed asparagus as a side. Water. I wish I had this! ^^^^ Can you tell me how you make this? I've only put leeks in soup, but would love to know more about cooking/using them! I had a mini croissant with ham and a slice of Gouda, way too many chips, and a Dr. Pepper.
Spryte
Kids had dinner leftovers. I had 2 cream cheese cupcakes and 3 slices of bacon, with an espresso and ice water. Not feeling very inspired, and these were in the fridge, so technically leftovers for me, too.

I just chop some leeks and mix it in with the eggs before I put them in the frying pan. I just find the taste a bit milder than onions. If you chop them into rounds it looks pretty in the omelette too.
