White dress shirts for men

We buy our teen boys' white dress shirts inexpensively at Walmart. Regardless, they need to wear a white undershirt underneath.  And one that does NOT have a graphic on it. :-)

They are not "thin", but all white shirts have some transparency.  Thus the undershirt.

I have found I like the men's oxford pinpoint executive wrinkle-free/easy care stafford dress shirts from jcpenny's - I prefer no button down collar.  otherwise I like costco's shirt.

I loath and utterly despise van heusen shirts - to me they're among the worst offenders for see thru.  (they're also everywhere.  they're cheap - so dh will buy them if I can't stop him.)

eta: I can agree with nordstrom - both for quality and not being able to see through them, and price. . . . .

Thank you!  This is what I was looking for.  I can order one on line and avoid the mall completely.

My husband really likes the Nordstrom's Men Shop shirts. They are comfortable, really nice thick fabric, and last a really long time while still looking new. I find them on sale or clearance because they are pricey.

Thank you.  We don't have Nordstrom's in this area but I can probably look on line.

Well, I've been wearing white, monogrammed french cuff dress shirts from Paul Frederick for 30 years. Here is an introductory offer. I only wear the regular iron shirts-- not see through. Never tried the no-irons though (my guess is that the material is thinner).  Friend who have used the intro offer said that they were able to ask for the regular iron shirts with intro deal
