My kids like Clif Bars including their high protein option (Builder Bars?).

 

Sometimes I'll get Tanka Bars for my meat eater.

Luna Bars aren't bad.

 

They're not great, but I don't think there is such a thing as a truly great protein bars.  But the Luna bars actually resemble the flavors they say they do.

I had to do protein bars with dudeling. 

I did nugo - i ordered the chocolate mint - from amazon subscribe and save.  the cheapest.  you can get an assortment from costco.

My son likes Zone Perfect bars. They come in several flavors, chocolate mint and chocolate peanut butter are his favorites.

We do Power Protein bars. Haven't done comparisons in awhile, but the last time I looked, they gave the most protein with lower glycemic index (no amount of protein helps if it's wrapped up in sugar)

 

Be careful when selecting protein bars for your daughter. You want whey protein derivatives, not soy based. Soy can have adverse hormonal effects on teen girls.

Kind and Luna bars are the ones I grab if I want a protein bar. Balance bar's yogurt honey peanut bar is one of my favorites too.
