retiredHSmom Posted January 22, 2016 Share Posted January 22, 2016 (edited) My middle daughter just got her first grad school acceptance for a PhD in Mathematics at Texas A&M University. She got a fellowship and graduate teaching assistantship. What a relief. She has applied to six other programs so there will be more emails and letters in her future. She would be very happy to attend A&M so there is no sense of "Well I got in, but..." She keeps giggling happily. Her brother plans to apply to A&M in 2 years and is now a little afraid that he may find that one of his Calculus classes is taught by his sister.
