If DD wants to sled for Christmas, where should we go?

We are starting to make plans for travel and don't have any specific place we want to go. DD10 mentioned she'd really like to go somewhere that she can sled and play in snow. We get ice and cold and ick, but rarely snow beyond a few flurries. (SW TN).

A plus would be somewhere that also has fun other stuff to do-museums, a Lego discovery center or indoor water park, nice Christmas displays, etc.

Kansas City

They have a tubing place on the north side somewhere. It's artificial snow but if you're driving instead of flying that's the tradeoff.

Kansas city has a ton of fun stuff including Legoland, a nicely decorated holiday light section at the Plaza, a free Hallmark art area, a nice science museum, and more.

There is also a Great Wolf Lodge on the Kansas side.

We are in West Michigan but snow can be iffy at Christmas----at least enough of the nice fluffy stuff to play in with enough snow base to make the sledding hills really nice.  Some years we have snow in Oct and other years not much until January.

We almost always have snow for Christmas in Minnesota.  In the Minneapolis/St. Paul area there is the Mall of America (no Lego Discovery center but it does have a lego store, plus the mall has an amusement park in the middle and a large water park nearby).  Lots of good museums.  Some pretty fun sledding hills in the parks, as well as larger snow tubing hills, cross country ski trails, small downhill ski places, outdoor ice rinks, etc.

Yay.  One vote for Kansas City.  I second this vote.  I will also add that we have some awesome restaurants and doing a tour of BBQ is a fun activity for the whole family.
