Based on Faith Academy
Do you have a hair brush that you'd recommend for my dd who has long, beautiful hair? She uses a really good conditioner and has a spray to use when she brushes her hair but she hates how much her brush pulls her hair. Any ideas? scoutingmom
If you can find a 'Hair Bean', it works great for getting out many tangles woithout pulling. We use another brush after to finish up. go_go_gadget
Since a budget wasn't specified and several inexpensive options have been made already: Mason Pearson brushes are truly wonderful.
AndyJoy
The Wet Brush changed my life! Mine too! My 2-year-old doesn't scream anymore. And I liked it so much I bought 2 more and threw out my old brushes.
Pawz4me
Mason Pearson or a Chris Christensen wooden pin brush. FWW the Chris Christensen brushes are meant for dogs, but they're wonderful. All the dog people I know who get one for their dog end up getting one for themselves, too.
Mama Geek
Wet brush, dd just got one and has curly hair which is always tangled, this helps a lot.

Based on Faith Academy
Thanks so much for the suggestions. I'm willing to go through each one until I find one that works for her.

zoobie
Wet Brush! Around $9-10 at Target and Amazon. I have long, fine, curly hair. I looooooove it. It works on my DD with crazy thick, curly hair and the straight haired one too. :)
tammyw
This is my absolute favorite brush. My hair tangles easily (same with dd). We LOVE these brushes. In fact, there's nothing else I use. They last a looooong time, and I don't know what I would do without mind. http://www.aveda.com/product/5292/16651/Hair-Care/BrushesAccessories/Aveda-Wooden-Paddle-Brush/index.tmpl
fraidycat
The Wet Brush changed my life! I agree. My hair is long, thick, and has just enough wave to create a mess. :) The Wet Brush is phenomenal!
El...
Yes, the Wet Brush is where it's at! I don't know how they differ from regular brushes, but they are very different. Dd's curly bi-racial hair is SO much easier to handle with that brush.
