Stacia
Please recommend what you love (or which ones to avoid). Thanks!
RioSamba
I have a Bamix and I adore it. I rarely use my food processor anymore, and I haven't touched my regular blender since I bought the Bamix. It's powerful, easy to use and clean, and extremely well made.
Farrar
I have the Cuisinart. It's not a top of the line one or anything, but I've never had any issues with it and I've worked it pretty hard. I've had it for a few years.
MEmama
I use my Kitchen Aid quite a bit and it's always reliable. Before that I had one by Wolfgang Puck and it lasted for years before finally dying. It lived a busy life; I would have bought another but couldn't find the same model. My biggest requirement is that it comes with a mini food processor attachment. Luckymama
I was given the Cuisinart immersion blender as a gift---love it, but I have no basis of comparison
Bambam
I also have a Cuisinart that has been a wonderful addition to our kitchen.
DawnM
I want one too, but I want the kind that has the aerator attachment and can make "whip cream" out of non-fat milk.

mominco
I bought a Kitchen aid less than 1.5 years ago its the 5 speed one . Good looking, came in a nice box for all the extras, had decent enough reviews on Amazon and Bed bath was having a sale so I bought it for under $100. It died this march.Did not blend as well as my older Braun which I had for at least 13 years when it died. Unfortunately Braun stopped making them here in the US and I have not found a good replacement. I bought a very gently used almost similar model to my previous Braun in April and happy I got it back as I kept the attachments from my previous one and they fit this new to me one perfectly!
