Slache Posted May 27, 2015 Share Posted May 27, 2015 If you missed the story he had colon cancer, surgery, chemo, responded poorly to the chemo, had chemo again which caused kidney failure, liver failure, strokes and many other horrible things. They said he wouldn't make it through the night but he did and had months of rehab even though they kept sending him home without the ability to walk or talk while my mother in law worked two jobs and insurance wouldn't pay for a nurse. He fell out of bed a few times, several setbacks, but now he's walking, reading, eating, has no infections, and just found out he's cancer free.
