okay - today makes five times I did yoga this week. I'm feeling the difference. . . .

 

now, while I feel grungy, I can go plant the juniper's that have been sitting out since last fall (they haven't hurt for water.) so, on to yard work.

No workout today or yesterday, fighting the flu. I did get 5 days in though, which is pretty good. I don't plan on even trying to work out tomorrow as I'm just now getting vertical but hoping I can do something light and gentle on Monday. My body is desperately aching after laying around so much so I could use some stretches for sure.

Sat. -yoga & walk dog (1hr.ea)

Sun.-Kick boxing (with gloves)

Mon.-Motherhood Fitness Class (combo of toning & cardio)

Tues.-Bootcamp

Wed.-motherhood fitness class

Thurs.-Weights, Cardio, Core

Fri.- Motherhood Fitness class

 

All of the classes are an hour. I also plan to take an hour walk with my kids and dog every day. Some day that could be 3 20-minute walks but that's the goal.
