I'm feeling the difference. . . . now, while I feel grungy, I can go plant the juniper's that have been sitting out since last fall (they haven't hurt for water.) so, on to yard work. Soror Posted February 2, 2013 Share Posted February 2, 2013 No workout today or yesterday, fighting the flu. I did get 5 days in though, which is pretty good. I don't plan on even trying to work out tomorrow as I'm just now getting vertical but hoping I can do something light and gentle on Monday. lea_lpz Posted February 3, 2013 Share Posted February 3, 2013 Sat. -yoga & walk dog (1hr.ea) Sun.-Kick boxing (with gloves) Mon.-Motherhood Fitness Class (combo of toning & cardio) Tues.-Bootcamp Wed.-motherhood fitness class Thurs.-Weights, Cardio, Core Fri.- Motherhood Fitness class All of the classes are an hour.
