jenL
Thank you, Dawn! We went grocery shopping tonight at Trader Joe's, and I left feeling a little freaked out. Even their prices are starting to rise a bit. :(
Munchkins_mama
Thanks! We spend $800 a month on groceries and households ( TP, feminine products, etc...) and I don't want to scrimp on the good stuff. I need to read the book to see how to cut down spending on the normal stuff. :)

DawnM
I hope you can get at least some ideas from it. The same author had an outdated version of the book free in a pdf format for a long while. She has taken it down now. I don't do all she suggests (like buying mostly beef for her meat) but I like the "do it yourself" spices and mixes she suggests. Mommee & Baba
Thanks for sharing! I am reading through it. A lot I already do. Unfortunately many of the big spenders tips to cut are dealing with items we don't have in our diets as we eat gluten free vegan. Already taken some tips though and really need to work on sticking to them! I'm so use to planning meals already and have been. My biggest mistake I realized is I don't shop the sales ads nearly enough!! I trail OFF the sales ads way too much!
Lady Florida.
Another place to find free ebooks (not just for Kindle) is Books on the Knob. Thanks for the heads up, Dawn. I downloaded it and read it in about an hour. I pretty much do what's in there anyway, but sometimes I need to be reminded.
