Spy Car
Yum! I might be tempted to add chipotle... Chipotles would be a great addition. My little-man is still sensitive to picante, but chipotle, or even serrano chiles, would be a nice touch. I suspect my wife will hit hers with either some Chalula or Tapitilo hot-sauce. Wendi
CHicken thighs cooked in yogurt mixed with thyme, oregano, garlic, and a little lemon juice. Served with sweet potato fries and a green salad topped with good feta, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and marinated roasted red peppers. Mmm! Your dinner sounds yummy! Momof3littles
Mmm! Your dinner sounds yummy! Wendi Aw, thanks. It is very easy to make so it is in my regular rotation, and the kids always like chicken prepared that way.

eternalknot
My brother brought over Italian from a mom-and-pop in town. I had salad and spaghetti marinara, and a few too many garlic rolls LOL.
Loudwater School
We all snacked for supper tonight, had leftovers, and generally fended for ourselves. We had a big late lunch out, then toured a local landmark, so we we kind of tired and uninterested in food when we got back at dinnertime. PrairieSong
Chicken chili w/ white beans, black beans, and red beans! I call it calico chili instead of white chili. Garnished with diced avocado, corn chips, extra cheese. Yum.

Gentlemommy
We had a large, late, lunch (chili) so dinner was small. Asparagus, artichoke, and cheese on crackers. My kids are so weird. We went to target on the way home tonight and they begged for artichokes and asparagus. Of all things. :001_huh:
plath
We had burritos :/ easy night since we had a field trip and playground day (and a trip to the grocery).
mommytime
We had meat-less spinach spaghetti tonight...and I actually had the time to saute onions and celery with the spinach before adding the jar of sauce. Siiigh...after a tough day of school with bad attitudes, making dinner can be hard. But I just discovered the joys of fresh spinach! I can stick that stuff in almost anything! And then, voila! The kids had a veggie! Yay me!
SpecialClassical
We had sauteed chicken, pineapple and apple chunks mixed together, couscous salad, and corn. The couscous salad was a new recipe and not much of a hit. I'm trying hard to get more of a nutritious variety around here. Try, try again.
