Pegasus
please respect my choice to sit by wiping the seat when you are done. Thank you, Pegasus
amey311
Long ago I had a friend tell me that when she chooses to not sit, she also raises the seat so that the seat stays dry for those who do sit. I now do that when I use a sketchy toilet.
tex-mex
If you sprinkle when you tinkle, Be a sweetie and wipe the seatie! I read that on a bathroom stall years ago on a road trip. It was in the most horrific bathroom off some interstate. That saying has helped me when the seats were very... um, sketchy. ;)
KidsHappen
I have always wondered how a girl wearing pants can pee on the back of the toilet seat and yet not get her pants wet. I am not physically strong enough to manage the hover but apparently a lot of women are. :glare: I always wipe the seat before using. PiCO
please respect my choice to sit by wiping the seat when you are done. Thank you, Pegasus I TOTALLY agree. But in some bathrooms, the flush is so violent that the water in the toilet splashes the toilet seat.

Georgiana Daniels
Oh, and don't get me started on auto-flushers that flush before I'm done!
Peaceful Isle
:iagree: With the automatic flushing! I hate when it does that! Also, I am really weird when it comes to public toilets. I wipe the seat, and then put double the paper seat covers/ or toilet paper on them before sitting. My girls do it now too. :) Edited March 16, 2012 by mommyof4AZ

dansamy
Or be like the big boys who aren't sitting either and raise the seat.
rgrin
Oh, and don't get me started on auto-flushers that flush before I'm done! On many of those, you can drape a piece of TP over the sensor to prevent that horrific experience. Just drop it in the toilet when you're ready to flush! A MUST for potty-trainers in public bathrooms...
PrairieSong
I can't manage the squat either, and if there aren't any paper seat covers, I use doubled toilet paper. If the seat is...sprinkeled...I choose another stall.
