Truscifi
I have tried the cheap ones at Walmart and Target, but they are too long. I can't seem to find petite sizes in yoga pants. I need something fairly inexpensive, full length (not capris), and not skin tight. I prefer to try them on first so I'm not crazy about buying on line, at least until I have tried the brand first. Am I going to have to brave the mall?
Mrs Mungo
Sorry, I buy the capri pants version from Target. If you buy them at Lululemon they will alter them for free. But, those are out of my price range for yoga pants.

No, they are a little shorter than regular pants. But, they aren't as short as they would be on most people.
Paige
My favorite ones are from The Children's Place. They are the perfect length for me and quite thick. They are also super cheap on sale!
justasque
In January Target usually has yoga pants in regular, tall, and petite. The petite ones are short enough for me. You just have to plan to buy them in the crazy January rush-to-exercise season. Not all their styles are sized this way, but every January going back a few years they've had a few styles that are. SJ.
I am 5'2 and regular yoga pants are always too long for me. If you are looking for pants to wear to yoga I agree that capris would be better. If you are looking for comfy pants to wear around you'll probably be stepping on the back of your pants - at least I do! SJ

Miss Peregrine
Costco. They came in petite sizes. They are so comfortable.
Amber in SJ
Old Navy. I am also 5'2", but extremely short waisted, so I buy the regulars (30.5" inseam, I think) but on-line they have petites with a 28" inseam. I get the plain waist, not the fold overs, because heaven knows, that is not where I need an extra layer of fabric. HTH Amber in SJ
LaxMom
ON or Kohls. I have a 28" inseam (5'0"). Our local Nike outlet has petites, too, but the one's I have are *very* form fitting, and thicker than my yoga pants. I have some gorgeous organic cotton ones from Sahalie but they need to be hemmed. plansrme
My daughter, 5'3", has gotten some at Marshall's. Her friends who are more along the lines of 5'1" have the exact same pants. Terri
HS Mom in NC
I'm 5'2" and got mine at Victoria's Secret online.
vettechmomof2
I also buy the capri length. Works well, otherwise I have to hem the pants :(
mrs.m
I have been fortunate enough to actually find petite yoga pants at Wal-Mart in my size.
SweetMissMagnolia
I get lucky sometimes and can find the "petite" sizes at walmart.....if I can't find them I'll go with capris (not fancy)-but sportish.....
