stripe
There's one from Pearson (textbook publisher) called SuccessMaker Speed Games that covers gr 1-6. You might also like Doodle Fit.
blondeviolin
This is for younger kids, but we have an app, Intro to math, by Montessorium that I really like. It covers counting, but also uses "rods" in a Montessori fashion.
DyslexicParent
I tried to download Pearson's SuccessMaker but it does not seem to be available for the iPod. Has anybody used the online version of the SuccessMaker K-8 math and reading program (as I plan to get a license for it)? There's one from Pearson (textbook publisher) called SuccessMaker Speed Games that covers gr 1-6.
Alte Veste Academy
Numbers League. It is AWE. SOME! The kids would fight over playing it, but they don't have to because...hold on to your hat... It is a 4 player app. Say WHAT?! We are in love. The dexterity with numbers required by this game is something I haven't quite seen before. dbmamaz
we only used math ninja - i loved how customize-able it was, but i wasnt sure it was increasing his recall speed. When he wanted to work on his recall, he went back to Timez Attacks, on the PC
Jilly
Sushi Monster is another good app.
