BlsdMama
for little kids you've ever seen. I'm making a set for Sarah for Easter using Burgess illustrations. http://www.oneshetwoshe.com/2009/09/vintage-book-memory-game-she-jill.html
justamouse
I totally admit it-that IS the cutest project I've seen, and I can think of a few ways to use it!
Jean in Newcastle
Oh I wish my kids were still little. I love it!
love2read
Love it. If you were going to give it as a gift, what would you put it in for storage? Looking for ideas.
3lilreds in NC
That is really cute! I will have to see if I can make something for Schmooey.
gaillardia
For storage I would decoupage a box with pages/art from same book. What a cute idea! Do these games still have the same appeal to young children as they do to the adults?
fairfarmhand
Love it. If you were going to give it as a gift, what would you put it in for storage? Looking for ideas. I'd sew a drawstring bag out of a cutesy fabric.

Ann@thebeach
Very cute! I actually found a vintage memory game like this with birds on it and my kids could care less but I love it!
RanchGirl
thank you so much for sharing this! that is adorable but you know what would make it even cuter... using the child's own artwork for the images!!! Or pictures of the child with different relatives -- baby and mom, baby and dad, baby and grandma, baby and dog, etc. My nephew turns 2 this summer, I may just try this!! RanchGirl
I also have a niece turning 4 this summer, is 4 too old for the game memory? Someone remind me please (and no I'm not missing the irony here)!
MrsBasil
thank you so much for sharing this! that is adorable but you know what would make it even cuter... using the child's own artwork for the images!!! Or pictures of the child with different relatives -- baby and mom, baby and dad, baby and grandma, baby and dog, etc. I love the idea of using family photos, my son loves to look at pictures! Thanks for sharing this is an adorable idea that a craft challenged person(me) could totally handle.

AndyJoy
What I great idea! I'm going to tweak it and use my son's favorite book(s) from his toddler years rather than a vintage book. As much as I love the look of the vintage one, I bet he'd get a kick out of finding his favorite pictures.
Michelle My Bell
Love it. If you were going to give it as a gift, what would you put it in for storage? Looking for ideas. A Square cookie tin.
AndyJoy
Love it. If you were going to give it as a gift, what would you put it in for storage? Looking for ideas. You could decoupage the book's cover art on a cardboard or wood box from a craft store. You could even add the words "Memory Game" or "Matching Game" under the title of the book before printing.
