What should I go see?

Recommended Posts

My teenage dd, who is very picky about movies as an art form, says that she has not been as impressed by a movie in a long time as she was by Inception. My dh, who works for Disney but has no interest in seeing Sorcerer's Apprentice, seconds the motion.

Inception was one of the best movies I have ever, ever seen--really, it was GREAT.

It is better reviewed than SA, too, if that matters to you.

Of course, you could always go see one then go see the other! lol

That's me, Queen of "why choose, have both..."

SORRY!!!! I meant to start a new thread, not hit reply! Hope I got it erased before anyone got spoiled.

Anyway, you can probably guess that my vote is for Inception. Complex and visually stunning. Definitely big screen material.

Inception. It was awesome.

Sorcerer's Apprentice was a let-down. So-so would be a charitable rating. Nicolas Cage did as well as he could, but there was no story & the guy who is the apprentice didn't do a good job convincing me (or my ds) that he would be Merlin's apprentice. Wait for it on dvd.
