fairfarmhand
...do you like the gooey middle or the chewy outside with crust? I like the crusty pieces if they are not overbaked. They just need to be chewy, not crunchy.
Daisy
Ahhh, in our house... I like the perimeter and hubby likes the area. LOL.

Dawn in OH
Yes. I just like brownies. Preferably fudge brownies, not cake, and frosted. I only make them about 3 times a year though.
Garga
I like chewy. DH likes crusty. Whenever we go to CiCi's pizza buffet, the middles of the pans of brownies are always gone first. So, from that very unscientific observation, I'd say that most people like the chewy middles.
Lara in Colo
I'm an edge girl. Everyone knows that they will only get the middle and woe to the infidel that attempts to steal an edge. Really want the edge pan. http://www.google.com/products?rls=com.microsoft:*:IE-SearchBox&oe=UTF-8&q=the+edge+brownie+pan&um=1&ie=UTF-8&ei=ywQ4TN-tJZC4sQOa0uxR&sa=X&oi=product_result_group&ct=title&resnum=3&ved=0CEoQrQQwAg

Belacqua
Love, love the edge pan. If you use one, I recommend setting the oven temperature about 25 degrees lower than usual, as the pan conducts heat really well.
athena1277
Gooey, chewy, half-baked for me!
*********
Gooey, chewy, half-baked for me! This is me too. In fact, I like to undercook brownies on purpose. And chocolate chip cookies. Have you ever made homemade chocolate chip cookie dough, then put some in a bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds? Oh my goodness, is that good. Don't do it. Seriously. You'll be hooked. :D
MaMa2005
The chewy center for me. Oh and they must be warm. Thank heaven for the microwave :D.
