    Don’t be afraid of Quick Release. I used a hot pad or wooden spoon to push the valve and release the steam the first several times I did it. When I finally turned it with my bare fingers, I laughed at myself for having made such a big deal out of it. Enjoy!

    I love the names! I’m surprised there are so many Vi responses, as I’ve never heard it pronounced any other way than Vee.

    This is what frustrates me most about these discussions. Never telling him your preferences and expecting him to “just know†by now or read your mind is not reasonable—yet that seems to be how many women view gift giving.

    I would say (unless corrected, of course) the first syllable as Vee, not Vi like in Violet, which is a different name with a different syllable emphasis.

    I get why you're bothered and I would be too, but it seems like it has more to do with envy than entitlement.

    The sister size thing has never really worked for me when I've tried on different sizes based on that idea. The cup size is a bigger factor in fit than the band size for me.

    Lots of tops are so thin or sheer you have to wear a cami or tank with them anyway.

    Looks like I’m coming down with my sister’s “allergies.†She wouldn’t even entertain the possibility that she had a cold, much less make any effort to keep from spreading it. At least we had a good Thanksgiving.

    I just went to Walmart to have an adjustment on mine. I also bought glasses cleaner from them even though there wasn’t any charge.

    Our eye doc only charged us for the lenses when we did that—and we hadn’t even bought them at her shop. We’ve been pretty happy with Zenni and Coastal.
