i was about 5-6 ods heavier when i started to workout a month ago. so there has been some chage. i really just want to get toned and tighter, and will do my best!

so i revamped my blog. i know there are many of us who would like to loose some weight and i know sometimes its encouraging to find blogs to read. so, i am putting myself and my weight journey out there. i figure why not let other HS moms, read about it! enjoy

so i have both the level 1 first grade and the older version audio cd grade 1. i think i like the older version better. there are more books for the kids to read, and i dont have to buy level 2..... id get the old. we completed the hop K already.

UPDATE: This am i saw my neightbor and i told him i wanted to ask him a favor but felt awkward. i asked him if i could drain his pool cause im worried with the warmer weather comming and mosquitos...with the kids ect. So he said go right away, then if i know anyone who wants it, they can come and take it :) thanks for the advice. im glad i went right to him. I am gonna wait on the poop and plant some mint bushes right where is hedges are for some scent. plus i love mint :) So we recenly moved into a new house about 5 months ago. The houses are close together. One of our neighbors has an above ground pool, that has been uncovered ALL last spring and summer and is still uncovered. There is no pump moving the water and never has been. Basically, its a pool they dont want anymore, havent done anything with and i feel its just a breeding ground for mosquitos and all their diseases. The same neighbor has a large dog who only comes out to poop, on their property, but ALL in the same spot, RIGHT next to our property line. ITs gross and doesnt get cleaned up. I mean he has a small pooping area and its FILLED with poop. again, this is gonna atract nasty bugs, and it stinks. They are a very nice people. The man would snowblow our walkway this winter for us. I dont want to start problems, but as warmer weather is comming, and i have the kids outside, i do worry about these. Do i call someone so they can tell him to at least drain the pool. or do i ask him to do it??? and if he doesnnt, them i make a phone call, and then he will know it was us?? what would you do?

we use it as a review. we are using book 1.5 and 2, switching everyday. depending on how much writing, usually 2-3 pages a day.

okay DS just turned 2.5. hes known his letter sounds for about 2-3 months. not so much letter names though.... he is trying to read though. like trying to make blends!? this is bizarre to me, but i konw many of you have been through this. I dont want to use 100 ez cause in the end, im not happy with it. that being said, i know due to his age, i cant get the kid to sit and learn, although i never tried :) i have OPGTR, i have phonics pathways and i have HOP.....yeh and the 100 ez. lessons will be on a whiteboard, or on sidewalk with chalk. but WHAT do i use??? he really wants this, and i want to teach him, but i have no clue how. i was thinking and considering phonics pathways since its big into blends...but still so unsure what to do....thanks

what a horrible thing! God bless that child. I know animals will be animals, and never will let our dog be loose in our yard. it will always be leashed.

So far i think we are doing everything right. I take him outsde to the batheroom every 30-45 mins. He hasnt pooped in the house and we havent had accidents. I dont along the puppy play nipping, and i am firm with no. I make him sit in his spot, which is in the kitchen so i can see him all the time, while we eat. He has to stay in his bed. He is SO tiny, i cant imagine how big he will get. I use to run with his daddy the husky, In the summer cause he was my sil;s and she NEVER gave him excerise. i fet so bad for him. The mom is the pit and i dont know much about her, but she is my sil'sbut they all stay in a HUGE fenced in yard...

i know these dogs have a bad rep, but ive also seen the most amazing [pitbulls first hand, and really they can make a wonderful companion for the family. that being said, weve adopted an 9 week old pitbull husky mix called Sybal. he is great so far....and i want to continue that. i guess what im asking is when you have a powerful dog when its a puppy what are the best ways to make him a well, centered dog. ive been reading and watching the dog whisperer, i love that man! thanks pics of the new pup are in the blog!

I recently well, feb 27th purchased FLL 1/2 from homeschool classifieds....and ive emailed 2 times and havnet hear anything.... when should i worry about NOT getting my item and filing a claim. its so bugging me cause i really didnt HAVE the funds for it, but its what we were missing that wasnt too expensive.....(not like the scinece i want :D ) thanks

ive had 1 with DD and it failed, and ever since ive had extreme lower left back issues. like i cant get up from a laying position like in a sit up, feels like s needle stabbing me....

food time use to be HELL! DD WAS CRY and be hysterical. Finially at 4 i said she was old enough and that was it. i put my foot down and fed her she ate, she no longer crys, i dont stuff her, but she has to eat dinner. thats it. usually i feed her myself. yesterday she said: mommy, i dont like vegitables but thank you for making me eat them and be healthy. your the best mommy for keeping me healthy :)
