I love my Nook Color. I have my background set to night(black background with white(or gray) words. I prefer to read it that way. You can also set the brightness on it so it's not so bright.

My 3 year old is getting these items~I didn't buy them from Amazon but thought I would share from one place :001_smile: BatCave Memory Game I got this for $3.99 at Target the day after Thanksgiving Spider Man Playset Captain American Mask and Shield Dominoes(Super heroes in a tin box)~bought from Kohls($5.99..can't find a link for them) Not sure what he is getting in his stocking yet(I'm thinking a few golden books and I always get my kids one thing of candy for their stocking) Might see if I can order this and have it here in time

We set aside $100 for each kid. The older ones knows it won't stretch as far for them. This does not include their stockings(don't know what I'm buying for those yet). We have 3 other places to go so my kids get plenty at Christmas time.

We don't have a credit card.

I am noticing the heavier flow and stronger cramps(I'm 35). I hate it.

I am enjoying it so far.

My son(now 3) had blankets and a pillow in his crib(he had reflux issues so slept in his boppy)...He bassinet or crib was always in our room so I wasn't too worried about it.

We have Sprint and I seen they have the iPhone. Not sure if I can talk hubby into letting me get one. We have been with Sprint for almost a year so can't upgrade yet.

I said my son would never be on a leash :lol: We bought one this summer

My 3 year old suffered from it as a baby..When he was 2 weeks old, he was put on Zantac(that didn't seem to help). He was on a special formula and that didn't help either.. This forum helped me out a lot..I know it says infant reflux forum but there is a lot of good information on there. And maybe someone there can give you another place to look(if that's what u need) My son seems to be better now(has a few episodes still but it's not as bad..

My older kids are 16 and 14 and have not started dating yet.

That's why I love my Nook so much..free library books. Just got the second Sookie Stackhouse book yesterday. I have noticed some ebook prices on B&N are crazy too(I hated paying 7.99 for the first Sookie book). I want good cheap(free is even better) ebooks :D

Normally when I go to bed, the kids have to go to bed. There are a few nights where they stay up later than me but not very often.

I think once the cousin was told yes, you should have invited your siblings. I'm sure your siblings will feel bad because a cousin is going but they didn't even get an invite. I hope it all works out :grouphug:

They also have a free book every Friday:D

We have 3 :001_smile: I love them.. Older kids don't use theirs anymore so thinking it's time to pass one to hubby so he can keep his school stuff organized(instead of always searching the house for his stuff).

It's 1:28am here and I'm getting ready to head to bed. Hope I get to sleep in tomorrow :001_smile:

I don't know how long it would take me.. We have so much junk around here. Guess we will find out soon enough. Plan on moving soon. Hopefully I can get hubby and kids to pitch some stuff :001_smile:

My daughter got hers done at Pagoda a couple years ago. I think it's much better than Claires. 2 gals were working the day my daughter went there so they each did an ear :001_smile:
